Proposals are due February 14, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. and should be labeled “Lawn Maintenance.”  Proposals may be submitted to Ottumwa Housing Authority Administrative Office, 935 West Main Street, Ottumwa, Iowa 52501 or via email to mcavkusic@ohatowers.org.  Interested parties must submit proposals separately for each address.  For property walk through before proposal submission if desired you may contact Dewayne Boyd at 641-954-1062.
