Hi-Rise’s Resident Council
The Resident Council is a group of tenants that volunteer to act in partnership with Ottumwa Housing Authority. The goal of the Resident Council is to improve the quality of life and resident satisfaction to create a positive living environment. The Resident Council meets once a month among themselves along with a tenant meeting that is held once a month.
